BCA Eggstravaganza Vendor Registration
The Baldwin Civic Association is hosting its Seventh Annual Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 13, 12:00–3:00 P.M. at Baldwin Park near the tennis courts at the south end of Grand Avenue, Baldwin, NY. (Raindate is Saturday, April 20, 12:00-3:00 P.M.) Hundreds of local families and their children participate in this exciting fundraiser every year. We are seeking vendors who wish to avail themselves of this sales opportunity!
Spaces are 10' x 10'. Vendors may begin setting up at 10:00 A.M. the day of the festival. The festival will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Although vehicles are not allowed in the festival area, you can unload items at the edge of the area, and parking is close by. Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up tables, chairs, and any sun awnings. No electricity will be provided. Vendors are responsible for leaving their space in the same condition as they found it. Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. reserves the right to choose the vendors who can participate. Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. will not be responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the festival.
You will receive email confirmation of the received application and fee. A few days prior to the festival, you will receive an email notification of the location of your space.
