BCA Summer Arts Festival 2021 Vendor Registration
The Baldwin Civic Association is hosting a Summer Arts Festival on Saturday, July 17, 11:00 A.M.–4:00 P.M. at the Baldwin Community Garden, 1980 Grand Avenue, Baldwin, NY. (Rain date: Saturday, July 24, 11:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M.) We are seeking vendors of hand-crafted items who wish to avail themselves of this sales opportunity!
Spaces are 10' x 10'. Vendors may begin setting up at 9:00 A.M. the day of the festival. The festival will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Although there is no vehicle access to the festival area itself, ample parking is close by. Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up tables, chairs, and any sun awnings. No electricity will be provided. Vendors are responsible for leaving their space in the same condition as they found it. Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. reserves the right to choose the vendors who can participate. Vendor location at the festival will be determined by the festival organizing committee. Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. will not be responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the festival. A refund of the registration fee will be given only if Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. cancels the event on both July 17 and July 24 due to inclement weather or other factors.
You will receive email confirmation of the received application and fee. A few days prior to the festival, you will receive an email notification of the location of your space.
