Jason Vitale Community Service Award

Scholarship Description

The objective of the Jason Vitale Community Service Award is to recognize a student whose devotion to community service and interest in improving the quality of life for others reflect the life of the awards’ namesake. One $300 non-renewable award will be presented annually to a high school student residing in the Baldwin School District. 

Strongest applicants for the award will be high school students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 planning to pursue a career in science, education, or science education.

Applications must include the following:

  1. A completed application cover page. (Go to https://forms.gle/XWtJa5XXSqnRu5tt7 to fill out and submit the form.)
  2. A resume indicating community service contributions to the Baldwin community throughout high school.
  3. A personal statement expressing interest in pursuing a major in science, education, or science education.
  4. A letter from a guidance counselor verifying GPA.
