BCA Oktoberfest Vendor Registration 

The Baldwin Civic Association is hosting an Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 7, 1:00–5:00 P.M. at the Baldwin Community Garden, 1980 Grand Avenue, Baldwin, NY. (Raindate is Sunday, October 8, 1:00-5:00 P.M.) We are seeking vendors of hand-crafted items who wish to avail themselves of this sales opportunity!


To register:


  1. First complete the form below on the left to register. Be sure to fill in each required field (those marked with a star) and to click the "Submit" button at the bottom.
  2. Then use the PayPal link in the yellow box to pay the registration fee. (You can use your PayPal Account or a credit/debit card.) Choose "One Space" for $50 or "Two Spaces" for $100. Then click the "Pay Now" button to complete the transaction. Spaces will be assigned only after receipt of the registration fee. 


​Spaces are 10' x 10'. Vendors may begin setting up at 11:00 A.M. the day of the festival. The festival will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Although there is no vehicle access to the festival area itself, ample parking is close by. Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up tables, chairs, and any sun awnings. No electricity will be provided. Vendors are responsible for leaving their space in the same condition as they found it. ​Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. reserves the right to choose the vendors who can participate. Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. will not be responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the festival.

You will receive email confirmation of the received application and fee. A few days prior to the festival, you will receive an email notification of the location of your space.
