BCA Eggstravaganza Vendor Registration 

The Baldwin Civic Association is hosting its Sixth Annual Eggstravaganza on Saturday, March 24, 12:00–3:00 P.M. at Baldwin Park near the tennis courts at the south end of Grand Avenue, Baldwin, NY. (Raindate is Saturday, March 31, 12:00-3:00 P.M.) Hundreds of local families and their children participate in this exciting fundraiser every year. We are seeking vendors who wish to avail themselves of this sales opportunity!

To register:

  1. First complete the form below on the left to register. Be sure to fill in each required field (those marked with a star). When all required spaces are filled correctly, the Submit button at the bottom will turn a deep gold color. Click Submit to send the form to the BCA.
  2. Next use the PayPal link in the yellow box to pay the registration fee. Choose "One Space" for $50 or "Two Spaces" for $100. Then click the Pay Now button.
  3. After you click Pay Now, the PayPal sign-in page opens. You can use your PayPal Account, or scroll down and click Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Fill in the required information, and then click Pay Now
  4. Spaces will be assigned only after receipt of the registration fee. 

​Spaces are 10' x 10'. Vendors may begin setting up at 10:00 A.M. the day of the festival. The festival will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Although vehicles are not allowed in the festival area, you can unload items at the edge of the area, and parking is close by. Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up tables, chairs, and any sun awnings. No electricity will be provided. Vendors are responsible for leaving their space in the same condition as they found it. ​Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. reserves the right to choose the vendors who can participate. Baldwin Civic Association, Inc. will not be responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the festival.

You will receive email confirmation of the received application and fee. A few days prior to the festival, you will receive an email notification of the location of your space.
